Deposits of Seized and Forfeited Currency

The Attorney General is implementing new procedures regarding the deposit of seized currency.

The Attorney General is in the process of meeting with all law enforcement agencies involved with the Administrative Forfeiture Program and presenting the new procedures for deposits of seized and forfeited currency into the Criminal Forfeiture Fund.  Meetings should be concluded by the end of October, 2005.
