MAUI WILDFIRES:

Our thoughts go out to all those affected by the tragedy on Maui, and we are here to help. If you have been impacted by the wildfires on Maui and you need assistance with your child support case, please reach out to us at (808) 692-7144. CSEA may be able to assist you with:

  • Updating your address
  • Providing your PIN and access code so you can get case specific information
  • Modifying your child support because you have lost your job or have another change in circumstances
  • Replacing your ReliaCard so that you can continue to receive your child support payments

CONTINUING EDUCATION:

The Child Support Enforcement Agency recently sent out notifications requesting proof of continuing education.  To ensure continued support, please send the proof as soon as possible.  For more information, please click here.

ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS:

Starting on September 1, 2022, all Administrative Hearings will be conducted by telephone. Please contact the Office of Child Support Hearings at (808) 692-7110 for more information.


The Hawaii State Child Support Enforcement Agency is a division within the Department of the Attorney General. The Agency works in partnership with the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement and other State and local agencies. The primary goal of this Agency is to ensure that our Keiki (children) have the ongoing financial support of both parents, by providing a system for payments and disbursements of court-ordered child support. It is our sincere desire that this website will provide you with the information and the tools you need to ensure that court-ordered child support payments are made and received in a timely manner. Here at this website, you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about child support, as well as instructions and the various forms you may need to have the Child Support Enforcement Agency initiate the services you desire.
