The Purge Summary screen displays a list of juveniles that are scheduled to be purged from the JJIS for a selected agency.
NAVIGATION
To navigate to this screen, enter PRGSUM in the GO TO field and press <PF6> or use the Report Menu to access the screen.
DESCRIPTION OF FIELDS
- LAST NAME, FIRST MIDDLE – the last, first, and middle name of the juvenile.
- JJIS ID – the unique identifier for the juvenile in JJIS.
- PURGE DATE – the date the juvenile is scheduled to be purged from the JJIS.
