The OCSH is a separate office with different purposes from the CSEA. Before sending communications to OCSH, please read our "OCSH Overview" information and other portions of our website for information about OCSH. You may learn that the communication you were intending to send to the OCSH should be sent elsewhere. Please be aware that any communication sent to our office regarding a specific hearing should also be sent to the CSEA and to the other party.

Parking
Public Parking is available in the metered lot for Kakuhihewa Building. The current cost is 50 cents per hour. Please bring quarters if you will be using the metered lot.
Neighbor Island Hearing Locations
Hawaii (Big Island) Hearings
Hawaii (Big Island) hearings are conducted at the CSEA Hilo Branch: 88 Kanoelehua Avenue, Suite 202, Hilo. The Hearing Officer appears by phone from Oahu.
Maui Hearings
Maui hearings are conducted at the CSEA Maui Branch: 35 Lunalilo Street, Suite 201, Wailuku. The Hearing Officer and CSEA representative appear by phone from Oahu.
Kauai Hearings
Kauai Hearings are held at the CSEA Kauai Branch: 4180 Rice Street, Suite 104, Lihue. The Hearing Officer and CSEA representative appear by phone from Oahu.
Directions
From Honolulu: Take H-1 west to the Makakilo/Kapolei exit. Upon exiting H-1 turn left onto Makakilo Drive. Turn right at the first intersection onto Kamokila Boulevard. Proceed directly through the next 4 traffic lights. The Kakuhihewa Building is a six-story building on Kamokila Boulevard across from K-Mart and the Kapolei Theaters. Turn left onto Ulu'ohi'a Street, the first street after the Kapolei Theaters, then turn right into the driveway to the parking lot for Kakuhihewa Building. Upon your arrival at the Kakuhihewa Building proceed to the second floor, Room 251, for your hearing. You will be required to pass through a metal detector at the entrance to Room 251.
From Waianae: Drive east on Farrington Highway toward Honolulu to the Campbell Industrial Park exit. Turn left at the first traffic light and proceed to Kamokila Boulevard. The Kakuhihewa Building will be on your right. The Kakuhihewa Building is a six-story building across Kamokila Boulevard from K-Mart and the Kapolei Theaters. Turn left onto Ulu'ohi'a Street at the first right turn after K-Mart, then turn right into the driveway to the parking lot for Kakuhihewa Building. Upon your arrival at the Kakuhihewa Building proceed to the second floor, Room 251, for your hearing. You will be required to pass through a metal detector at the entrance to Room 251.
