Call to Order:
Meeting convened at 10:35 a.m. with Chairman Black presiding.

New Business:
2003 Legislation
Revisit the issues of corporate contributions campaign contributions for government contracts and public financing. Will again try for a ban on corporation contributions and contractors contributing to campaigns. For the public financing provisions need to rethink how much is appropriated for each race. There are also some minor housekeeping changes be made to clear up some areas of the law.
