Meeting convened at 1:20 p.m. with Chairperson Kuramoto presiding.

Discussion-Proposed Changes HAR, Chapter 2-14.1
Proposed amendments include Act 203, advisory opinion examples and it incorporates some FEC rules.

Mr. Olbrich moved to adjourn meeting, Mr. Gabrio seconded.  Motion carried.
