What you’ll need:
- The name of the partnership
- The year it changed its name or was dissolved
- If you do not know the year, visit the Business Registration Division’s website
What you’ll find:
- Name of partnership
- Names of partners and residence address
- Principle place of business
- Name changed to
- Date of change or date of dissolution
- Declaration
