What you’ll need:
- The name of the general partnership
- The date it was registered
- If you do not know the date of registration, visit the Business Registration Division’s website
What you’ll find:
- The name of the general partnership
- Date the general partnership was formed
- Name and residence address of each partner
- Nature of business
- Principal place of business
- Declaration
- Some of the statements also include Affidavits of Publication and other related documents
