Karen Seddon
Karen Seddon is the executive director of the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HHFDC). Her work includes forging collaborative relationships with affordable housing developers and financiers, expanding the state’s capacity to construct and maintain affordable housing units, as well as developing and implementing the HHFDC’s strategic goals. A graduate of Oregon State University's School of Engineering, Ms. Seddon began her career with Peter Kiewit & Sons', Inc. She later joined Goodfellow Bros., Inc., worked at Kapalua Land Company, Ltd. and was the former Director of Land Development at D.R.Horton - Schuler Division before joining the HHFDC as its Development Branch Chief. On October 31, 2009 she was conferred the degree of Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
