Question: I purchased a home from or through HHFDC, and my property is subject to HHFDC’s Shared Appreciation Equity (SAE) Program. I am considering paying HHFDC, their SAE, depending on the SAE amount. How do I go about finding out how much I have to pay HHFDC for the SAE? Is there a formula? What do I have to do to pay it?
