How do I register a Hawaii profit corporation and do you have forms available?

Document Actions

To register a Hawaii profit corporation, you must file Articles of Incorporation (Form DC-1) and send the appropriate fee to the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Business Registration Division. If the corporation already exists and is registered in another state or country, then, you must file an Application for Certificate of Authority for Foreign Corporation (Form FC-1), and send the appropriate fee to the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Business Registration Division. Both forms are available for download on this website or registrations can be filed online.
