How do I find out who the officers/directors of a corporation are?

Initial information is contained on Articles of Incorporation filed with the
Department. Current or last known officers and directors are listed on
Annual Reports filed with the Department every year for Hawaii profit
and nonprofit corporations. All documents on record are available
for public inspection in the Records Viewing Area located on the second
floor of the Department at 335 Merchant Street, Honolulu, Hawaii.
Requests for copies of documents on file may be sent to the Department of
Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Business Registration Division at its mailing
address of P.O. Box 40, Honolulu, Hawaii 96810. Information can also
be obtained online, under "Business Name Search".
