The Commission will also be holding a Specialists’ Office for the Day while the meetings are in progress (from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.) and by appointment. This will provide real estate licensees, condominium owners, educational providers, or anyone else interested in real estate licensing or condominium issues with an opportunity to meet with the Specialists to discuss their concerns.
Real Estate Commission Committee Meetings Schedule Change
In the past the Laws and Rules Review Committee meeting was held first, followed by the Education Review Committee and then the Condominium Review Committee. Beginning with the July 9, 2008 meeting, the Laws and Rules Committee meeting will be followed by the Condominiuim Review Committee, which will then be followed by the Education Review Committee.
Big Island of Hawaii Test Center Opens for Saturday Testing
Beginning December 1, 2007, real estate examination candidates may register to take the exam at Pearson VUE's (formerly Promissor) test center located at Parker School, 65-1224 Lindsey Road, Kamuela, HI 96743 (Saturdays).
Please contact Pearson VUE for a list of all test centers in Hawaii.
