Broadband Spotlight

Folder Act 151
Act 151 provides that certain actions relating to the installation of infrastructure relating to broadband service or broadband technology are exempt from county permitting requirements, state permitting and approval requirements, and public utilities commission rules as described in the Act. A person or entity taking an action under Act 151 must provide notice, at least thirty (30) calendar days before the action is taken, by electronic posting on this website.*
