CATV-Related Bills in 2005 Legislative Session

Two bills relating to cable television have been introduced by DCCA as part of the Governor's administrative package in the 2005 Legislative Session. They are:

H.B. No. 636/S.B. 745 – relating to additional funding to support public, educational, and governmental (PEG) cable television access in underserved areas

H.B. No. 660/S.B. 769 – relating to rebates to cable television subscribers
