How to get the Landlord-Tenant Code Handbook

This is how you may obtain a copy of the Hawaii Residential Landlord/Tenant Code Handbook, which is published by the State of Hawaii, Office of Consumer Protection. If you wish to purchase a copy of the handbook, it is available at the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, King Kalakaua Building, 335 Merchant Street, Administrative Services Office, Cashier on the third floor. The handbook, which costs $2.00, may also be purchased by mail. Send a written request to:
