The 2013 Renewal Statement for Mortgage Servicer License is being revised and will be available shortly. *PLEASE NOTE that the Division of Financial Institutions (“DFI”) has pending state legislation to allow mortgage servicers to use NMLS for renewals and applications and any updates. We anticipate that if this legislation becomes law, DFI will use NMLS to process the renewals, and existing mortgage servicer licenses will be extended to December 31, 2013. DFI will send an update to all companies currently licensed in mid-May.
