DIVISION NOTE TO MOTOR VEHICLE INSURERS (Posted 09-21-2012):
The "MV Premium Publications Worksheets (Sept 2012)" document has been replaced with a corrected document, "MV Premium Publications Worksheets (Sept 2012-Amended)." The vehicle has been changed from a Honda Accord, VP, to a Honda Accord, LX. (The VIN Number has not been changed). Please use the amended worksheets when providing private passenger auto premiums. Insurers that have already submitted Cover Sheets with NOTHING TO REPORT, do NOT have to resubmit the amended Cover Sheet. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Insurers that need additional time to complete the corrected worksheets may submit a request, via email, for an extension of up to two weeks.
