Application must be approved before taking the examination. After approval, materials provided for direct registration with testing service.
Examination Date
For Barbers, examination is offered 4 times a year. For Cosmetology, 3 times a year. Exams are offered in Oahu and the neighbor islands of Maui, Kauai, and Big Island.
