Renewal

Biennial June 30 every even numbered year.

Online renewals begin on May 7, 2012 10 a.m. (HST) through midnight (HST) June 30, 2012. Late renewals must be submitted by mail or in person.

Click here to renew your Pest Control Field Representative (PCFR) and Pest Control (PCO - inactive only) license online.

Pest Control Field Representative and Pest Control Operator (inactive status) licensees will be mailed a postcard renewal notice only.  Pest Control Operator (active status) will be mailed a hardcopy renewal application.  Postcard notice and hardcopy applications will be mailed out Friday, May 4, 2012.

Failure to timely renew by the renewal date will result in the forfeiture of the license. After the renewal date, the forfeited license may be restored within 1 year and subject to meeting restoration requirements. Failure to restore a forfeited license within 1 year after the renewal date will result in the termination of the license and the person must apply as a new applicant and meet current licensing requirements.

Pursuant to Section 436B-14.5, HRS, any license held by a member of the armed forces, National Guard, or a reserve component that expires, is forfeited, or deemed delinquent while the member is on active duty and deployed during a state or national crisis shall be restored if certain restoration requirements are met.  Click here to access the "Military Renewal and Restoration Information Sheet".
