Application Deadline

Applications must be approved by the board before taking the examination. After approval, materials provided for direct registration with testing service.

Examination Date

Exam is offered four times a year. Exam is offered in Oahu and the neighbor islands of Maui, Kauai, and Big Island. For more information regarding the exam, see the candidate bulletin at www. prometric.com or call (808) 261-8182.
