Massage Therapy Application Deadline & Examination Dates

Application Deadline

The deadline for submitting the application for examination shall be forty-five days prior to the date of the examination.  (Please note that weekends and holidays shall be included in calculating the 45 days.)  Applications must be approved before taking the examination.  After approval, materials provided for direct registration with testing service.

Examination Date

Exams are offered 4 times a year in Oahu and the neighbor islands of Maui, Kauai, and Big Island.  Walk-in testing available on Oahu only for an extra fee of $50.00.  The use of electronic or book translation dictionaries is not allowed, and the use of a reader will only be permitted by approval for those individuals who fall under the Americans with Disabilities Act.  For more information regarding the exam, see the candidate bulletin at www.prometric.com or call (808) 261-8182.
