Application Deadline

Prior to application, applicant must pass required exam. Call (808) 586-3000 for exam material to register directly with testing service.

Examination Date

Exam is offered six times a year. Exams are offered in Oahu and the neighbor islands of Maui, Kauai, and Big Island. For more information regarding the exam, see the candidate bulletin at www.prometric.com or call (808) 261-8182.
