Application Deadline

The applications should be submitted as soon as possible, but no later than the dates listed below (in bold) for each examination window.

October 20, 2008 for the January 12 to February 7, 2009 window.
February 23, 2009 for the May 18 to June 13, 2009 window.
June 22, 2009 for the September 14 to October 10, 2009 window.

Examination Date

State applications must be approved by the board before taking the exam. For more information on the exam, please see www.amftrb.org. Exam results will be mailed approximately 3 weeks after the close of the testing window.

The MFT Examination will be administered via computer during three examination window periods. The examination window periods are:
