No Rules Combat events are governed by Chapter 440D, Hawaii Revised Statutes and Hawaii Administrative Rule 16-182-1. Unofficial copies of the applicable statute and rule are available below.

Chapter 440D and 16-182-1 are currently in effect but both are scheduled for repeal on June 30, 2009. This is because the law is to be replaced on July 1, 2009 with Chapter 440E, Hawaii Revised Statutes. An unofficial copy of Chapter 440E is available below for your reference.
