Home Ownership Assistance Program

Mission Statement
The purpose of the Home Ownership Assistance Program (HOAP) is to prepare and equip Native Hawaiians for homeownership. HOAP offers three (3) vehicles to address barriers that Native Hawaiians may face in achieving homeownership or preserving their home: Financial Literacy Services, Job Training and Placement Services, and Addiction Treatment Services.
