PHOCUSED (Protecting Hawai'i's 'Ohana Children Under Served Elderly and Disabled) Contact: PHOCUSED is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to increasing the safety for, visibility of, and investment in children and adults in Hawai`i who are marginalized, impoverished, and underserved, and for whom access to health, human services and housing is critical. The organization was formed to help unify the disparate health and human services sector with a strong voice for the people we serve. |
