You will need Adobe Reader to view these files. Adobe Reader may be downloaded free of charge from Adobe.com. The best way to open/view these files is to select the publication you would like to view, right click on that selection with your mouse, and select Save Target As. Then, save the file to your computer. The file should open a lot faster then if you were to open it directly from the Web site.
