located in Kealakehe in the Kailua-Kona district, overlooking Honokohau Harbor.
Kealakehe Parkway connects the development to Queen Kaÿahumanu Highway,
which provides convenient access to Kailua-Kona; its shops, businesses, and
recreational areas. Enhancing the aesthetics of the community, all electric utilities will be placed underground and 5-acres will be set aside for a community park.
