Head Start Collaboration
Head Start State of Hawaii Collaboration Project creates multi-agency, state and public/private partnerships to effect school readiness and quality of life for low-income children enrolled in Head Start programs and their families state-wide. The Collaboration Project is affiliated with the Head Start Association of Hawaii and supports operations and program services of Hawai`i’s seven Head Start grantee agencies. Federally funded and located in the Department of Human Services, Benefit, Employment & Support Services Division, the collaboration project activities to correspond the Administration for Children and Families national key priorities.

- Family Literacy Services
- Health Care
- Professional Development
- Father Involvement
- Services for Homeless Children
- Management and Fiscal Improvement
- Child Outcomes
