Licensing staff conduct investigations of alleged violations of the law and licensing standards (administrative rules). Unannounced visits are conducted to investigate these complaints. To report a violation of the law or the licensing standards, contact the applicable licensing unit (see list of licensing units).
If the allegation concerns abuse or neglect of a child, please contact the Child Abuse/Neglect Hotline at 832-5300.
