MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position serves as assistant to the Harbor Agent IV in charge of the Honokohau/Kawaihae Section on the Big Island. Duties include performing operational support services including the maintenance and repair of the harbor facilities, boat launch ramps and equipment; processing applications for vessel registration, commercial permits, and applications for berthing and
mooring; inspects the small boat harbor facilities; evaluates the maintenance requirements; and performs other duties as assigned.
