Water Resource Bulletin
The monthly Water Resource Bulletin is only available on the Commission website. To receive an e-mail notice when the bulletin is posted on the Commission website, please notify the Commission at (808) 587-0234 or via e-mail. If you wish to receive the bulletin by postal mail, please submit a request in writing to the Commission at P.O. Box 621, Honolulu, HI 96809.
Although only water use permits are required to be reported in a monthly bulletin, the Water Commission compiles all pending actions, permit applications, meetings, hearings, etc. in a single convenient document for the public's information. The 2012 Water Resource Bulletins are posted below.

Past bulletins (in PDF format) are archived in annual sets in compressed *.zip files. Bulletins from a specific year may be downloaded, unzipped, then viewed individually by month.
