2004 Hawaii Water Reuse Survey and Report
The 2004 Hawaii Water Reuse Survey and Report (Report) was created to provide an overview of the current status of water reuse in Hawaii and to assist CWRM in assessing the potential for use of recycled water to meet non-potable
water demands across the State. The Report represents a comprehensive inventory of wastewater reclamation facilities
and existing users of treated effluent statewide. The Report also examines future opportunities for reuse projects
and any obstacles to expanded utilization of recycled water.
