AMENDMENTS TO DOBOR
HAWAII ADMINISTRATIVE RULES
§13-234-3 Mooring Rates at State boating facilities, §13-234-4 Mooring Rates, offshore & at anchor, §13-234-5 Mooring without permission, §13-234-25 Fees for commercial vessels, §13-234-34 Recreational ramp fees were signed by Governor Linda Lingle on December 5, 2006.

On November 19, 2004, the Board of Land and Natural Resources approved DOBOR's request to conduct public hearings on proposed fee increases for Hawaii's small boat harbors. For additional details on the amendments click on the links below:
