DOBOR ADMINISTRATIVE RULES

The following are Hawaii Administrative Rules and amendments pertaining to DOBOR facilities, operations and programs. To use these versions of the rules effectively, search and review chapters in Table 1, then check to see if an amendment to a particular rule was formalized and is listed in Table 2. The language in a rule amendment supersedes the version in table 1.

Please note that for many of the documents listed on this page you cannot use a key-word search and you cannot highlight passages to copy the text to another document.

DOBOR is in the process of compiling its set of Hawaii Administrative Rules.
