Notice of Proposed Rulemaking

Public Hearing

Notice is hearby given of proposed rulemaking by the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation (DOBOR), to amend section 13-231-26 of Title 13, Subtitle 11, Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR), Section 200-4, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS), and the Hawaii Administrative Procedure Act, Chapter 91, HRS.

The public hearing will be held at the Oahu District Office, 4 Sand Island Access Road, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm on Tuesday, January 19, 2010.

A copy of the proposed rule change will be made available for public viewing from the first working day that the legal notice appears in the Honolulu Star Bulletin, through the thirtieth day following the date of publication, from Monday – Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., at the following locations: Oahu District, 4 Sand Island Access Road, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. A copy of the rule change may be viewed at our website at www.hawaii.gov/dlnr/dbor, or obtained by submitting a written request with a prepaid fee of $0.42 for the postage to Proposed Amendment Section 13-231-26, DOBOR, 333 Queen Street, Room 300, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 or by calling (808) 587-1970.
