Development Conference, Kaua`i Main Street Conference '93

public sector on the post-Iniki economic restructuring of (West)
Kaua`i. Hosted by West Kaua`i Main Street Association.
Organizing
your Community, Hale`iwa Main Street Conference '94 (approx. 5
hours, 2xVHS), this workshop provides educational assistance to
communities throughout the State to organize fledgling groups and
strengthen established programs. The featured speaker of the
conference is Doug Loescher, Senior Program Associate of the
National Main Street Center.
Redesigning
Business for the 90s, Tri-Isle Main Street Conference '94
(approx. 5 hours, 3x8mm), video recording of conference held
in Wailuku July, 1994. A variety of speakers make presentations on
the Main Street four point approach to economic revitalization.
Key issues, stumbling blocks and strategies for community,
business and legislative action are discussed. Includes video bus
tour of Wailuku, Kahului, Pa`ia and Makawao.
