PUBLIC NOTICE
INTENTION TO DISPOSE
Pursuant to Sections 171-53(b) and 171-16(d), Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Board of Land and Natural Resources hereby gives notice of its intent to lease directly to the abutting owner, without recourse to public auction, submerged lands of Lahaina, Maui. This lease will be in the form of a 65-year, non-exclusive easement document. The Lessee has the right, privilege, and authority for maintenance and repair of the existing deck; and, for use, maintain, repair, and maintenance of the existing improvements constructed thereon.

Information related to this proposed 65-year term, non-exclusive easement may be reviewed during office hours at the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Maui Land Division, 54 S. High Street, Room 101, Wailuku, Maui, Hawai`i 96793; and, at the offices of the Land Division on the Islands of Hawai`i, Maui, and Kaua`i.
