Kailua Beach Management Plan

Request for Bids

The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), Office of Conservation and Coastal Lands (OCCL) intends to develop a beach and dune management plan for Kailua Beach on the eastern shoreline of Oahu. The DLNR will consider bids from qualified consultants to assist the OCCL in the development of such a plan.
