Advisory Board Members

Mr. Honjiyo is a retired LTC. U.S. Army.  He is the former president of the Kauai Veterans Council.

  Herring Kalua, Hilo Board Member

Mr. Kalua is retired from the Hawaii Army National Guard and is presently employed with the Department of Transportation in Hilo.

  Herbert Lum, Kona Board Member

Mr. Lum served in the U.S. Marine Corp. and is a Korean War Veteran.

  Luis Parker, Oahu Board Member

Mr. Parker served in the U.S. Marine Corps (1967-1979) and in the U.S. Air Force (1971-1988).  He is the founder and current president of V.V.A. Oahu Chapter 858.

  Lloyd Sodetani, Maui Board Member

Mr. Sodetani was the past 29th Infantry Brigade Commander in the Hawaii Army National Guard.  He is currently the President of the Maui Realty Co. Inc.

  Anne Stevens, Oahu Board Member

Ms. Stevens served as an officer in the U.S. Coast Guard.  She also served in the House of Representatives.

  Cynthia Stine, Oahu Board Member

Ms. Stine served in the U.S. Air Force and is an active member in the veteran community.

  Patricia Wieland, Oahu Board Member

Ms. Wieland retired from the U.S. Navy Reserve and is the VA Volunteer Service Manager.  She is the Commander of several DAV Auxiliaries.
