- Survey Team Member, E5, 74D2O, 93d Civil Support Team (WMD), Hawaii Army National Guard, Kapolei, Hawaii. Open to present, enlisted members, belonging to any component of the U.S. Army, State-Wide, who are current members or are eligible to become members of the Hawaii Army National Guard, in the grade of E4 - E5. Applicants MUST be currently assigned to an army component unit within the State of Hawaii.
