National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit

Administration Extension of NPDES Permit No. HIS000005

The Department of Health (DOH), Clean Water Branch (CWB) was unable to complete the processing of NPDES Permit No. HIS000005 by the expiration date of June 1, 2011.  Therefore Permit No. HIS00005 is administratively extended until a final determination is made by DOH CWB.

 

HNL SWMPP (Storm Water Management Program Plan)

The SWMPP has been developed to assist all those parties conducting operations on HNL with meeting the requirements detailed in the NPDES Permit.
