Newsstand and vending faciliites at State of Hawaii Airports are operated by Blind Vendors in accordance with Section 102-14 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes. The operations are further governed by the Honolulu International Airport Settlement Agreement and the Neighbor Island Settlement Agreement.
