H-3 Freeway Kaneohe-Bound Lanes to Close Saturday Night
04/07/10 - The H-3 Freeway will be closed in the Kaneohe-bound direction from the Halawa Interchange to the Halekou Interchange between 7:00 p.m., Saturday night, April 10, and 7:00 a.m., Sunday morning, April 11, for tunnel cleaning and maintenance work. Closure information will be displayed on highway message signs to notify motorists throughout the week. Kaneohe-bound motorists are advised to use alternate routes such as Likelike Highway and Pali Highway and to allow for extra travel time.
HONOLULU — The state Department of Transportation advises Oahu motorists that the H-3 Freeway will be closed in the Kaneohe-bound direction from the Halawa Interchange to the Halekou Interchange between 7:00 p.m., Saturday night, April 10, and 7:00 a.m., Sunday morning, April 11, for tunnel cleaning and maintenance work.
Closure information will be displayed on highway message signs to notify motorists throughout the week. Kaneohe-bound motorists are advised to use alternate routes such as Likelike Highway and Pali Highway and to allow for extra travel time. Roadwork is weather permitting.
