Tariff Rates Effective July 1, 2010

New tariff rates will take effect on July 1, 2010 as reflected in the recent adoption of amendments to Chapter 19-44, Hawaii Administrative Rules, entitled Rules Relating to Services and Procedures, Charges, Tolls and Fees. Please click on the above title for information on the tariff changes taking effect on July 1. To access the amendments to Chapter 19-44 in its entirety, please go to the top menu and click "Library", then "Harbors", then "Admin Rules". The tariff adjustments are critical to the commercial harbors system's ability to meet revenue requirements, sustain existing services and maintain Hawaii's lifeline to the world.
