Harbor Passenger Fee Tariff Rates Effective July 1, 2011

6/14/2011 - New passenger fee tariff rates will take effect on Friday, July 1, 2011 as provided by Chapter 19-44, Hawaii Administrative Rules, entitled Rules Relating to Services and Procedures, Charges, Tolls and Fees. A revised self-reporting form reflecting the new rates will be available on the DOT Harbors website, http://hawaii.gov/dot/harbors/doing-business no later than June 24, 2011. Please click on the above title for information on the tariff changes taking effect on July 1. The tariff adjustments are critical to the commercial harbors system's ability to meet revenue requirements, sustain existing services and maintain Hawaii's lifeline to the world.
