REQUIREMENTS / HOW TO APPLY


1.  APPLICANTS MUST:

  1. Be a Department of Transportation (DOT) employee who is a member of the State's civil service;
  2. As of the last formal appraisal report, have demonstrated satisfactory performance in his/her position; AND
  3. Meet the minimum qualification requirements of this position (as of the closing date).

2.  REQUIRED FORMS:

  1. DOT 1-022 - Notice of Interest in a Position Vacancy
  2. HRD 315A / (Rev.08/07/2007) Competitive Internal Recruitment Department of Transportation
  3. Photocopy(ies) of license(s) if required
  4. Copy of your college diploma or transcripts if required or you are using education to qualify.
3.  SUBMIT TO:

4.  SUBMIT BY:
  1. Forms submitted in person must be received at the location in #3 above no later than 4:30 p.m. of the closing date.
