All projects are weather-permitting.
--- H-1 FREEWAY ---
1) H-1 H-2 INTERCHANGE TO PUNAHOU STREET (Night Work)
Roving single lane closures on the H-1 Freeway in both directions from the H-1 and H-2 Freeway merge to the Punahou Street Overpass on Monday night, July 21, through Friday morning, July 25, from 9:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m., nightly, for overhead and median sign repairs.
2) WAIKELE TO WAIPAHU (Night Work)
Multiple lane closures on the H-1 Freeway between Waipahu Street and the Waikele Stream Bridge for lane striping at the following locations and times:

Two lanes will be closed in the eastbound direction on Sunday night, July 20, through Wednesday morning, July 23, from 10:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., nightly.

Two lanes will be closed in the westbound direction on Wednesday night, July 23 through Friday morning, July 25, from 10:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., nightly.
---H-2 FREEWAY---
1) MILILANI INTERCHANGE
Various lane closures near the H-2 Freeway Mililani Interchange on Monday, July 21, through Friday, July 25, from 8:30 a.m., to 3:00 p.m., daily, for pavement resurfacing at the following locations:

Northbound H-2 Freeway Mililani Mauka off-ramp (Exit 5A) will be closed. Mililani Mauka-bound motorists are advised to proceed on the H-2 Freeway to the following Mililani Town off-ramp (Exit 5B), turn right onto Meheula Parkway, and make a U-turn at the Kuahelani Avenue intersection (see attached map) or to use alternate routes such as Kamehameha Highway.
Additional police officers will be on-site at the Kuahelani Avenue intersection directing traffic to minimize congestion in the area. Electronic traffic messageboards are also posted in the area to notify motorists of the closure.

H-2 Freeway on-ramp in the southbound direction from Meheula Parkway (from Mililani Town) will be closed.

Honolulu-bound motorists are advised to use alternate routes such as Kamehameha Highway or to proceed along Meheula Parkway, U-turn at the Ainamakua Drive intersection and use the H-2 Freeway Honolulu-bound loop on-ramp from the Makai-bound lanes.

During these hours, the Meheula Parkway sidewalk on the Mauka-bound side will also be closed from just north of the bus stop at 1618 Meheula Parkway near Kuahelani Avenue to the H-2 Freeway. Mauka-bound pedestrians are advised to cross Meheula Parkway at the Kuahelani Avenue intersection and use the opposite-side sidewalk.
--- H-201 MOANALUA FREEWAY ---
1) RED HILL (Night Work)
The two leftmost lanes on the H-201 Moanalua Freeway will be closed in the eastbound direction near the Kahuapaani Street Overpass to the Puuloa Road Overpass on Sunday night, July 20, through Thursday morning, July 24, from 9:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m., nightly, for lane striping and marker installations.
--- KAHEKILI HIGHWAY ---
1) KANEOHE
Left lane closures on Kahekili Highway in both directions from Kulukeoe Street to Haiku Road on Monday, July 21, through Friday, July 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., daily, for median planter box construction.
--- KALANIANAOLE HIGHWAY ---
1) CASTLE JUNCTION
Alternating single lane closures on Kalanianaole Highway in both directions between Kapaa Quarry Road and Castle Junction on Monday, July 21, through Friday, July 25, from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., daily, for erosion control work and pavement resurfacing.
2) HAWAII KAI TO KAILUA
Single lane closures on Kalanianaole Highway between Kealahou Street and Castle Junction on Monday, July 21, through Friday, July 25, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., daily, for guardrail repairs and lane striping.
--- KAMEHAMEHA HIGHWAY ---
1) KANEOHE TO KAHUKU
Roving lane closures on Kamehameha Highway and Kahekili Highway in both directions between Likelike Highway and Pualalea Street on Monday, July 21, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., for roving pothole patching.
2) KAAAWA TO WAIAHOLE VALLEY
Single lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in the southbound direction from Kina Place to Waiahole Valley Road on Monday, July 21, to Friday, July 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., daily, for waterline repairs.
During these hours, two-way traffic will be contraflowed in the remaining open lane. Flag personnel will be stationed at either side of the closure to coordinate traffic flow.
3) MILILANI TO WHEELER AAF
Various lane closures in both directions on Kamehameha Highway between Waikalani Drive and the H-2 Freeway Wahiawa Interchange on Monday, July 21, through Friday, July 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., daily, for pavement resurfacing and shoulder widening.
--- NIMITZ HIGHWAY ---
1) ALAKEA STREET TO RIVER STREET
Left lane closure on Nimitz Highway in the westbound direction between Alakea Street and River Street on Monday, July 21, through Friday, July 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., daily, for median landscaping work.
--- PALI HIGHWAY ---
1) UPPER NUUANU
Multiple lane closures on Pali Highway on Monday, July 21, through Friday, July 25, at the following dates and locations:

Monday, July 21, through Friday, July 25, between Wyllie Street and the Pali Tunnel, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., daily, for tree trimming.
Certified arborists determined that about five dozen trees lining the Pali Highway are safety hazards to passing motorists. Many of these trees have visible termite damage, vertical splits, or lean over the road which could potentially cause damage or injury to motorists. The trees being removed are considered invasive, such as the Ironwood, Albizzia, and Formossa Koa. The Outdoor Circle has been consulted throughout this process.

Monday, July 21, from Puiwa Road to Wyllie Street (rescheduled from Friday, July 18, due to weather), in the Honolulu-bound direction from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., for pavement and shoulder fence repair. The two rightmost lanes will be closed in the morning, with the middle lane opening towards the afternoon.

Tuesday, July 22, from Wyllie Street to Puiwa Road, in the Kailua-bound direction, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for pavement repairs. The two rightmost lanes will be closed in the morning, with the middle lane opening towards the afternoon.
Electronic messageboards are posted in the area to notify motorists of closures, and special duty police officers will be monitoring and managing traffic at various intersections.

Thursday, July 24, through Friday, July 25, right lane closure from Castle Junction to Auloa Road in the Honolulu-bound direction for pavement repairs.
Motorists are advised to use alternate routes such as Likelike Highway or H-3 Freeway, especially during morning hours, to use caution while driving through the work area and to allow for extra travel time. Roadwork is weather-permitting.
--- ALA MOANA BOULEVARD ---
1) FORT STREET TO PIIKOI STREET (Night Work)
Multiple lane closures on Ala Moana Boulevard in both directions from Fort Street to Piikoi Street on Sunday night, July 20, through Friday morning, July 25, from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., nightly, for pavement striping and manhole adjustments.
To avoid delays, motorists are advised to use Queen Street or South King Street as alternate routes. Motorists are also advised to use caution while driving through the work area and to allow for extra travel time. Roadwork is weather-permitting.
2) FORT STREET TO PIIKOI STREET
single lane closures on Ala Moana Boulevard in both directions between Fort Street and Piikoi Street on Tuesday, July 22, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., for manhole adjustments
3) PUNCHBOWL STREET TO RICHARDS STREET
Left lane closures on Ala Moana Boulevard in both directions from Punchbowl Street to Richards Street on Monday, July 21, through Friday, July 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., daily, for median fence repairs.
4) WAIKIKI
Single lane closures on Ala Moana Boulevard in both directions between Kalakaua Avenue and Holomoana Street on Monday, July 21, through Friday, July 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., daily, for street light and traffic signal duct line installations and driveway, sidewalk and curb construction.
This improvements project will include pavement reconstruction and resurfacing, the addition of a fourth eastbound lane from Hobron Lane to Kalia Road, the lengthening of left-turn stacking lanes onto Hobron Lane and Kalia Road, center median landscaping enhancements designed in consultation with the Outdoor Circle, replacement of highway lighting with decorative lighting similar to Kalakaua Avenue, and the reconstruction of portions of pedestrian sidewalks and driveways.
These road improvements will be paid for by the Hilton Hotels Corporation as part of a larger development surrounding the construction of The Grand Waikikian Tower, adjacent to the Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort & Spa. Hilton has also established a construction information hotline at 948-7600 and an informational website at www.villagerejuvenation.com. Project completion is anticipated in December 2008.

Left lane closure on Fort Weaver Road in the southbound direction between Old Fort Weaver Road and Renton Road on Monday, July 21, through Friday, July 25, from 8:00 a.m., to 2:00 p.m., daily, for median electrical work.
--- PUULOA ROAD ---
1) MAPUNAPUNA
Various lane closures on Puuloa Road between Kamehameha Highway and Salt Lake Boulevard on Monday, July 21, through Friday, July 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., daily, at the following locations:

Shoulder lanes closed in both directions. Roadside parking will not be permitted.

Various lane closures and possible detours in all directions for traffic signal system installations.
Lane modification on Mokumoa Street between Puuloa Road and Mapunapuna Street for drainage work. No large vehicles are allowed through this area. One lane of travel in each direction is available for cars.
