*On January 4, 2012, the Hawaii Supreme Court invalidated the 2011 Reapportionment Plan for the state legislature. The Court ordered the Commission to prepare a new legislative plan and ordered the Chief Election Officer to rescind publication of the 2011 Final Reapportionment Plan for the state legislature.
